Friday - 16th June 2023 

• 12 noon - 9pm - Sign-in for registered vehicles at the Village Hall.  Event merchandise will be available for purchase and there will be a small display of early VW’s with refreshments available.
•  2pm - Trader setup in the Sports Arena.

Saturday - 17th June 2023

• 7.30am-9am - Sign-in for registered vehicles at the village hall.  Event merchandise will be also available for purchase.
• 8am - Visitor parking open to day visitors, special dedicated area for VWs.
• 9am - Vintage VW show open in the market place and other display areas.
• 9am - Trade Stands and Autojumble tables open in the Sports Arena.  
• 5pm - Show closes.

Saturday PM - 17th June 2023

• 7pm – Evening Reception with a pre-booked meal in the Village Hall for registered participants.

Sunday AM - 18th June 2023

• Informal Display for registered vehicles in the Sports Arena. Some Traders/autojumble tables may still be trading.
• 11am - Optional scenic drive for registered vehicles returning to Lavenham
