Trading Area

The trading area is for anyone who wishes to sell vintage VW parts, period accessories and vintage VW related services, such as insurance or restoration services.

Trade plots are 6m x 6m in size and will be located in the Sports Arena. Plots are available from Friday lunchtime and must be set up by 9 am on the Saturday morning. Single plots are £50 for the full weekend. You must have appropriate Public Liability Insurance.

Details of this can be obtained by email to i vvmsponsorship@gmail.com. A single camping unit is permitted within a trader plot for security purposes. However, traders should ensure that all their vehicles are located within their allocated space.

Traders may camp by pre-booking at Brighthouse Farm, Melford Road, Lawshall, Suffolk IP29 4PX which is about 6 miles from Lavenham - www.brighthousefarm.co.uk Tel: +44 (01284) 830385 Fax: +44 (01284) 830974 (additional camping fee payable to them).

Autojumble Plots
Size: 5m x 5m, single plot £35. Autojumblers should provide their own tables and are responsible for clearing their plot on departure.

Participation in the meeting is at your own risk.
Traders must have 3rd party insurance in place and provide a copy of their certificate.
You commit yourself to leave your trade stand area clean and tidy after the meeting!
Any possible costs arising from cleaning and disposal afterwards will be covered by you.
The sale of articles with the meeting's name is granted by previous arrangement and by written approval.
There is no refund of entry fee if you are unable to attend.
We reserve the right to modify the programme without notice.
